Who I am

I am a design professional located in the Upper Red River Valley and have worked all over the United States.

What I do

I have done many restorations, ranches, mountain and hunting lodges as well as traditional,beach, and southwest style homes.

My commercial work includes Savings and Loans, Banks, Law Offices and Car Dealerships.
 
My jobs have ranged from remodels to new homes, commercial buildings etc. that begin with the cooperative effort of architectural design, finish schedules, space planning, construction coordination, and complete furnishing.

I owned and operated a construction company in Texas, Gallo Construction, for fifteen years prior to selling it in 1985.

What I am doing

My firm and showroom, J. Glasscock Design was located in Texas for thirty years and has been relocated to Red River for the past four years.

I am presently working on a house in Red River, Texas and Montana.

My Awards

I was awarded the Texas State Architectural Award for  restoration as well as the San Antonio Conservation Award.
